Do you offer pickup and delivery across Athens?
Yes. We pick up and deliver across all of Attica — Athens, Glyfada, Kallithea, Neo Smyrni, Marousi, Peristeri, and beyond. Choose a 2-hour pickup window when booking online.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Piraeus location (open daily 11:00–21:00). Booking online takes 30 seconds and guarantees we have parts ready for your specific device.
Will I get a price quote before you start?
Always. We diagnose your device first and give you a clear fixed price. We only proceed after you approve. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs covered by ePhix come with a service warranty. The exact duration depends on the service (screen, battery, etc.) and is shown on each service page. We stand behind our work.
Do you use original or OEM parts?
We use high-grade OEM-equivalent parts and genuine Apple/Samsung certified parts where available. We explain your options before ordering anything.
What devices do you repair in Athens?

What if you can't fix my device?
If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair — only the diagnostic fee (which is credited toward the repair if you proceed). We'll give you an honest assessment and your options.
